Love Island star Billy Brown, who was dumped from the show last week, has spoken about his experience in the villa as well as his pre-show hook-up.
Chatting to host Bobby Norris and guest host Summer Monteys-Fullam on Access All Areas, the reality star exclusively revealed that he previously hooked up with fellow bombshell Lacey Edwards before the show. “I saw that this Lacey girl is going in and I’ve got with her before, which is funny. Next thing you know, she texts me that day she got out saying missed you by a day.”
He then went on to say: “she was coming in for me I think, yeah it’s quite funny”.
The reality star also explained how they met before the show. “It’s just a little kiss, it was a boat party. She fancied me and I ended up just getting with her. It didn’t go any further.”
When asked whether he thinks the Love Island reunion will be explosive, Billy responded by saying: “I’m alright with everyone in my eyes, there’s nothing going on with me, so I’ll be fine. Other people, I’m not so sure. I’ve heard things about Remi [Lambert] and Jacques [O’Neil]. So, I don’t know what’s going to happen on that end of things, but we will see.”
The 23-year-old also explained how “intense” it was entering the Villa as a Casa Amor bombshell. “You start overthinking it and when you go in and the girls look ten times better in person and you go whoa, like these are proper fit. So, it was intense, and you sit around a fire pit, and you can only really talk one at a time because of the cameras and stuff. It was a bit awkward at the start and then I sort of just eased into it, but it was nerve-racking at the start.”
He continued: “As a bombshell you’ve got to turn heads… for me to turn someone’s head that’s in a relationship was quite hard, but I enjoyed the challenge. I like things like that. So, for me it was alright, but other boys maybe not.”
When asked about his future plans, the former Love Islander revealed that he would be interested in doing more reality TV “I’ll do any [television show] you name it, Celebs Go Dating, I’ll do Strictly Come Dancing, Too Hot To Handle. I’m up for anything as long as there’s banter involved.”
