Married at First Sight UK’s Tasha Jay slams Katie Price for taking co-star Ella Morgan’s “sloppy seconds” and revealed Katie had previously been in Ella’s DMs.

Chatting to hosts Bobby Norris and Ellen Coughlan on the showbiz gossip programme Access All Areas, the reality star gave her verdict on Katie Price’s and JJ Slater’s rumoured relationship: “Katie reached out to Ella [Morgan] before Katie had met JJ. Katie was so lovely to Ella and so supportive and giving her so many compliments, just being a genuine person. Then next thing you know she’s got her sloppy seconds. She’s not heartbroken and crying into a tub of Ben and Jerry’s but it was a bit of a kick in the teeth at first. It’s early days and they’re talking about babies and stuff now apparently so I’m just a bit confused.”

She continued: “I do love JJ, we got on like a house on fire when we were filming but I just don’t know. I mean Katie is his type, so he says. But my only thing is, the reasons that he didn’t want to be with Ella, Katie does a lot of those things. That’s the one thing that’s confused me. Ella is quite an out there person anyway, but when she’s had a drink she’s a bit more out there. And I’d say Katie is quite out there too. I thought ‘when Ella was doing this it was an issue, but now it’s not an issue’. They were acting very similar.”

Later in the interview, the 25-year-old weighed in on co-stars Peggy Rose and Georges Berthonneau’s breakup and his claims that she was a manipulator, gas lighter and narcissist: “Big words! It’s very strong words. I know Peggy as a friend, I don’t know her as a partner. So if Georges is saying that’s how she is in a relationship, that’s completely different to how I see her as a friend. She never really gave that vibe off to me. I did question her personality at the start but that’s because I didn’t really know her. I just thought she seems really nice, really sweet but is it an act? The more I got to know her I think she’s just genuinely a nice person. So I don’t know if Georges went in a little bit, but I don’t know what happened in their relationship so I can’t really say.”

She continued: “I actually like them both as individuals but I never really thought they were genuine towards the end. I think it was because Peggy’s family played such a massive part in her decision, and I always thought that is going to ruin it for her. I don’t know the ins and outs of why they split up. I was shocked that they did it on Valentines Day, that was the shock.”

Tasha also responded to a question of which castmate was drunkest while filming the upcoming reunion episode: “Oh God, Jordan [Gayle]! Awful! He was awful! It was embarrassing, I’m not going to lie. God what didn’t he do? I don’t know what they’re going to put in but we’ll soon find out. We’ve all just been thinking what did we say when we were doing that? We can’t remember because this was filmed a while ago. What actually kicked off? And then when you start thinking about it you go ‘oh god maybe we shouldn’t have said that’. You forget that it’s going on telly. There was a lot of slurring.”
