Last week on Access All Areas, Winter Love Island star Biggs Chris made a surprise admission about applying for the ITV show.
Speaking to hosts Joanna Chimonides and Stephen Leng, the Glaswegian revealed he kept his application to the dating show a complete secret from his friends, including former 2019 star Anton Danyluk: “I never told anyone. The thing is right, I wanted my boys to be like… I told them I’m away at a funeral with my mum because like I wanted the full effect! They’re watching TV, they spoke to me like three days ago and then boom I’m there!”
Talk also turned to the cancellation of this year’s series and a Winter 2021 edition, which the tattooed hunk wasn’t too upset about. He joked: “I was so gutted when they announced that there wasn’t another Love Island. I was ready for tears… No, I was happy! I’m gonna keep it real! I was happy! I was like, this is my time to shine, you get me!”
