Joining Chas this week was Wendy Edwards, Company Secretary at Berry Bros. & Rudd Ltd who has previously worked at Superdry, AirBnB and ASOS. Wendy spoke candidly about dealing with depression and the effect it had on her work and life. Chas and Wendy also spoke about their experience of toxic behaviour at Superdry, in particular at the board level, and how procedures need to be put in place to help protect whistleblowers.
