Joining Chas this week was Stuart Pickles, former CFO and coach. Stuart has spent 25 years in the industry with Unilever, Kraft and Foster’s. Stuart opened up about his family, including his father who was an alcoholic and took his own life when Stuart was young, and the impact it’s had on his life and view on mental health and self care. Chas and Stuart also discussed whether younger generations are more willing to talk openly about how they are feeling and the hope that this may translate into better working practices at large companies.
