Geoff opens up about his personal experience with depression and losing a friend to suicide which led to a major panic attack and the start of his mental health journey. Geoff and Chas also discuss the importance of leaders coming out and sharing their own stories of mental health as it helps employees feel safe enough to reach out when they are struggling.
