PRODUCTION ASSISTANT VOLUNTEER / WORK EXPERIENCE
We are seeking someone to help create content for our live radio output and video production for our social media channels.
Location
London, Islington (one tube stop from Kings Cross).
Pay and Prospects
Although the position is initially unpaid work experience, for the right candidate, progression to a full or part time paid role is possible within weeks.

With a schedule that covers a wide range of interests including Celebrity News, Fitness, Finance, Politics, Dating, Football, Comedy, Music and much more, we are building a Radio 4 for the next generation. With show hosts that have included James Acaster, Ed Gamble, Jaackmaate, Joel Dommett, Bobby Norris and Pete Wicks, FUBAR has a proud tradition of creating programming with some of the biggest names and the best of emerging talent, with many of our presenters going on to dominate the UK podcast chart.
THE ROLE
You’ll be provided training in radio or video production but those with experience in either will have a distinct advantage. Ideally you will have the following attributes.
· Confident and with the ability to thrive under the pressure of a busy broadcast studio.
· Work well in a team, offering assistance by anticipating the needs of your colleagues with a willingness to help out on anything that comes your way.
· A flair for identifying the best bits of a live programme and then editing the same into short punchy packages.
· Some experience of audio editing and / or video shooting and editing.
· Presentable and professional manner, with good attention to detail.
· Interest in popular culture and trending issues that can be incorporated into programming
· Possess the ability to formulate editorial suggestions, presented to producers in a professional and concise manner
