Former GB Skiers Talia and Giulia Harte spoke about their career as skiers whilst being dealing with having coeliac disease and PCOS. Also on the show was Dr Aishah Iqbal, NHS Doctor and weight loss coach who spoke about meal replacement shakes and whether they are recommended for weight loss.
