    24 Hour Radio Show - Part of the #HeForShe Arts Week

    FUBAR Radio and UN WOMEN NC UK presented a 24-hour live radio broadcast for the ‘HeForShe Arts week’ in London. FUBAR Radio presenter, Rachael Downie, hosted the 24-hour radio show, from 5pm on Friday 9th March. This was a fundraising event with all the proceeds going to the UN WOMEN NC UK to change the reality for women and girls globally. UN Women is the UN entity dedicated to gender equality, the empowerment of women and a global champion for women and girls. UN Women was established to accelerate progress on meeting their needs worldwide. HeForShe also invites men and boys to build on the work of the women’s movement as equal partners, crafting and implementing a shared vision of gender equality that will benefit all of humanity.
