This week on Access All Areas, TOWIE’s Bobby Norris and Stephen Leng spoke about Bobby’s recent health scare regarding a lump.
Speaking to Stephen, the Essex star said: “I had recently checked myself in the bath, I found a lump and went to the GP who wanted to refer me to hospital for an ultrasound. Thankfully, I went and had the ultrasound which I’d got myself a little worked up about. It’s a scary thing because you automatically think the worst you know? Thankfully it’s nothing sinister. But after speaking to the doctor who was doing it he said, ‘so how often are you checking yourself? You have to do it every month. You are in the age bracket now where it’s a more common thing than people realise, testicular cancer.’”
He continued: “You know what? I’m not going to feel shame about it. Because if I’ve gone to the doctor and felt nervous and then gone and had the scan, there’s bound to be someone else out there”.
