The talented Lemar dropped by the FUBAR studio to talk to The Tuesday Roundup’s Huw Joseph and Doc Brown to talk about his latest album ‘The Letter’, touring and Tottenham.
On influencing others and being grateful: “I’ve had a lot times sat at home or hanging in the studio thinking, ‘how did this happen?’. I”m very grateful, happy that I took the chances that I took. Seeing talent getting recognised for talent, in the mainstream circle. Growing up I listened to a lot of soul and R&B, met and performed with everyone I listened to and respect. Beyonce, Justin Timberlake, Mary J Blige, Lionel Richie.”
