FUBAR Radio and UN WOMEN NC UK present a 24-hour live radio broadcast for the ‘HeForShe Arts week’ in London.
FUBAR Radio presenter, Rachael Downie, will host the 24-hour radio show, starting at 5pm on Friday 9th March. This will be a fundraising event with all the proceeds going to the UN WOMEN NC UK to change the reality for women and girls globally.
UN Women is the UN entity dedicated to gender equality, the empowerment of women and a global champion for women and girls. UN Women was established to accelerate progress on meeting their needs worldwide. HeForShe also invites men and boys to build on the work of the women’s movement as equal partners, crafting and implementing a shared vision of gender equality that will benefit all of humanity.
